Ozone has 3 oxygen atoms, O3. Ozone is also known as activated oxygen. Ozone is naturally produced after a thunder storm. SG2000 is equipped with an ozone generator producing at safe level 0.05ppm (parts per million) of ozone through corona discharge process (above 0.1ppm will be harmful). Ozone is unstable and will readily degrade back to oxygen. As ozone breaks into oxygen, it creates an environment that is rich in oxygen as much as 289 times higher than normal.
